    Anticipated delivery times vary dependant upon the country of destination and the shipping option selected. e.g. for UK deliveries, we can deliver before 9am the next working day, whereas deliveries to USA can take 7-10 days.

    HOW MUCH WILL IT COST FOR SHIPPING?
    Shipping costs vary dependant upon the weight and size of your order, the country of destination and the shipping option selected. e.g. Sending a Jagua Tattoo Kit anywhere in the UK by Royal Mail First Class costs £0.99.

    You can view the different shipping options for the goods in your basket at the checkout before submitting you order to us. You can switch between the different shipping options available and see the corresponding cost for each option. Select your preferred shipping option and submit your order to us, or empty your basket should you so wish.

    Almost definitely! We even deliver to South Georgia & The Sandwich Islands!
    There is a full list of countries that we ship to in the dropdown menu at the checkout, you select your destination prior to submitting your order to us.


    ARE ALL THE PRODUCTS HELD ON STOCK?
    We aim to be fully stocked with our entire product range at all times. However there may be occasions when, for reasons beyond our control, we are unable to supply stock items. In these circumstances we will clearly label any products that are unavailable as such, and also make it clear the date the product will be available again. WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
    We will accept returned goods in accordance with clauses 4.2, 4.3 & 4.4 of our Terms and Conditions.
